Yielding Regulation - The Activity based behavioural therapy ( ABBT) program
Our Activity-Based Behavioural Therapy Program is designed to support both children and adolescents with special needs as well as regular school-going children facing behavioural concerns or challenges. The program follows a structured and engaging approach that uses purposeful, play-based, and real-life activities to encourage positive behaviour and emotional regulation.
Before starting the therapy, we conduct a detailed standardized assessment to understand the child’s specific needs. Based on the assessment results, individualized goals are created to ensure targeted and effective intervention.
This program aims to build self-regulation, improve social skills, enhance attention, and support emotional well-being in a supportive and motivating environment.
